Wow, this is weird. I live in an apartment in St. Pete and we have almost the exact same kitchen. Same fridge, colors, everything. Must be a corporate thing, haha. I love the way everything is organized. But it took forever for me to load the video and my computer (MacBook Pro) is fast…i wonder what happened?

Haha, Caitlin’s kitchen has the exact same cabinets, hardware and appliances as ours and we have different apartment management companies. Mass supply store?!
Sorry about the video loading time! It might not have been fully loaded on youtube’s end yet or just the fact that it was 10 minutes long. I didn’t want to leave anything out though!

Hi Nicole! We bought it on Amazon (you can see it in the pet supply section of my store). It came in a cooler of dry ice and was rock solid when it arrived! I’ll be posting about it soon.

That’s so awesome! I’ve never seen a vegan kitchen before (well, one but that was when my friend was newly vegan). Anyways, where do you buy your bulk items, like chia seeds? Thanks for posting it!

All of our bulk items come from Whole Foods with the exception of specialty items such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, raw cacao, maca, goji berries, Sun Warrior protein, etc… We get those specialty items on Amazon. Check out my store, they’re all there under the “Food” category!

Love it! It’s really cool to see how other people arrange their vegan kitchens. You have inspired me to do one of my own too when I get home to my kitchen. Thanks for sharing!

great tour! Makes me want more room so I can have all my mason jars, too. We have NO pantry or closet nearby to use as one, so our kitchen is totally cramped.

Nice tour! Now I need to go hurry and organize my kitchen! We have a lot of similar items in our fridge, but my fridge is really crowded because I live with three other people (husband + 2 kiddos) who do not eat a lot of the same things I do. I am really interested in your excalibur – I’m glad you showed it so I can see how much space it takes up – thanks!

Ryan-you are adorable. I love seeing videos of bloggers because I always get ideas. We are very similar with our organization and bulk foods. I should think about doing a video too. I was wondering if there was a reason you eat blue corn chips over regular. I notice Caitlin eats them a lot and even blue corn taco shells, but didn’t know if they were healthier or not. Just curious. Also-what do you use the soaked cashews for? Talk to you soon-can’t wait to get started on the blog!

Thanks Lauren! First and foremost, I prefer the taste of blue corn chips over yellow and I kind of go by the rule that the darker the food is, the healthier it is for you. As for the soaked cashews – I used them to make the sauce in cheezy nacho kale chips a couple days ago. I’m currently soaking more for the Pizza Cheese spread to bring home this weekend. They’re used a lot in raw foods!

I love this!! Thank you so much for posting! I love your mason jars! I have tons myself – it makes it so much more organized! What other things do you use your chia seeds for? I have a whole bunch, but am kind of scared to use them – weird, i know!

Chia pudding is my favorite thing to use them in! They’re great in smoothies too!

Woah – what the heck do you do with all the lemons?
I got your Trader Joe’s items today. I worry one thing specifically is too much of a “junk food” for you! I hope you like.

Hahah, I was waiting for someone to ask that! Lemon juice is in a lot of raw recipes. Evan also squeezes one into his green smoothie every morning.
Soooo excited for my TJ stash! I trust your judgement

LOVE your adorable video!! Hmmm, maybe I will make one this week too. I need to order more jars!!!! Your swimming tips are REALLY helping me. I felt like my butt + legs were sinking so I used the buoy. I was thinking “okay, it’s helping now, but what about when I take it off?” It was so weird…my body just naturally floated up to the water like I still had it on. It kind of freaked me out! Totally helped. I’ll keep mixing in using that during my swims, until I get it down. I felt a little out of control using it…kind of like what it feels like to balance on one foot on the ground…a little wobbly. I got the hang of it though. Anywhoooo, thanks!!

So funny about your white lids. My friend was over and she saw my jars with all the metal lids (which I don’t mind) and she said that the two-piece lids, just “reeked of effort.” I’ll have to inform her that there’s one-piece lids out there!
