Thank you all for hoping I feel better! As predicted, everything was pretty much back to normal when I woke up this morning.
One huge Cherry Chocolate Bomb Shake for breakfast. I added maca to it, which I definitely feel the energetic effects of. Love maca!

Ashley came over for lunch today! We had plans for Chipotle and work, but didn’t get much work done.
We like to talk a lot!
I love Chipotle. I always get the Vegetarian Burrito Bowl with some chips on the side. Their guacamole is like crack.

I also made sure Ashley tried the Coconut Bliss, Naked Coconut ice “cream” before she left for her lulu job.

Think she liked it?! I had some ice cream too. Heaven in a bowl.

After Ashley left, I washed out all of our new mason jars. I have so many bulk food items that have been waiting for a home and I couldn’t wait to get everything put away. They’re currently drying. I’m so crazy about the half-gallon size!!

My dehydrating post this afternoon spurred some macaroon attention.

I base my recipe on the Raw Food Real World book and it’s really incredible. I’ve made them several times now and change something in the recipe every time. Today I used coconut flour instead of almond flour and added lots of cinnamon. We’ll see how they come out after being in the dehydrator overnight.

I was at a loss as to what to make for dinner tonight (that’s what happens when I skip a week of meal planning). Vegan Cheeseburger Helper with spinach it was!

I love this meal and loved adding spinach to it.

Ashley keeps telling me that I need to do a video “tour” of our kitchen (fridge, kitchen, pantry). What do you think? Is that something you’d like to see as well? Our kitchen is normal to us, but I guess it might be interesting to other people?
Have a great night!

I’m not a big video watcher, but I’d love a photo tour of the kitchen (especially because your photos are so beautiful)!
I would watch a video of Harvey, though.

Hey BRILLIANT website! I’m gonna take a better look around now. Also did you order your mason jars online or buy them from a store? If a store, which one?
Thanks!

I bought them at Ace Hardware, but have also gotten them at Wal-Mart before (they don’t carry them right now here though).

I’d love to see either a video or picture tour of your kitchen. I love seeing how people put their personalities in their kitchens through appliances, gadgets, knick-knacks, etc…:)

That chipotle dish looks really delicious! I wish we had a restaurant like that in Canada – I’m sure my husband would enjoy it, too.
I would love to see a kitchen tour!
