A couple of weeks ago, Nick of kaia foods sent me some product samples to try out.

I instantly loved kaia because of their belief in eating minimally processed, whole foods. They “sprout, mix and dehydrate our organic foods at low temperatures so that they remain ‘raw’. No baking, frying, bleaching, or weird processing steps!” They also donate 1% of all sales to fight hunger!

They sent me all kinds of fabulous goodies to try out. The Cocoa Bliss premium raw granola was really good. I loved the raisins in it!

I loved all of these, especially the sweet curry sprouted sunflower seeds. The Garlic & Sea Salt flavor could be incredible with less sea salt, but I’m particular about salt anyway, so that’s not an unusual request coming from me.

This Vanilla Pear fruit leather was also quite good. Chewy, dense and slightly sweet. It tasted like a much healthier, less processed version of normal fruit leathers.

Check out kaia foods and see for yourself! If I had to pick one product to recommend that you order and try, it’d be the Cocao Bliss granola!

See you later!

I’m looking forward to trying that granola :) I really enjoyed the fruit leathers (apple spice in particular! – I think that was the name of the flavor?) And, I love the garlic salt seeds tossed on salad or cooked organic quinoa. They give so much flavor! :)

Cheers XOXO,
Kristen
