Yawwwwwwnnnnnnn.

I’m sleepy! I got about 9 hours of sleep last night but I’m pretty tired already. We didn’t have the completely active and healthy day we had planned (it rained all day), but we did get out this afternoon to look at houses (yippee!), run errands and get groceries.

I started the day with a huge glass of filtered water. I woke up groggy with a headache and knew that I needed to hydrate fast.

Remember the buckwheat crispies that made that huge mess yesterday? Turns out it was insanely worthit! I made two servings of chocolate “milk” in the VitaMix for Evan and I to split between our cereals. I had 2/3 cup of buckwheat crispies with about 1/2 cup of “milk”.

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • agave nectar to taste
  • cinnamon to taste
  • pinch of sea salt

Honestly, this was SO good. Just like cocoa crispies! And I was full for a very, very long time.

I snacked on some “Pizza” Flax Snacks a few hours later.

Then split an Amy’s Non-Dairy Burrito with Evan before heading out to do our errands. Added a little hot sauce to the top!

We got our dinner at the Whole Foods hot bar. I was originally craving some Thai food or even Mellow Mushroom pizza. We both regretted not going with either of those instead. WF has their on days, as well as their off days. Tonight was definitely off. I wasn’t overly thrilled with any of this.

I did love my Honest Tea that was on sale for $1 though!

We also split an unpictured vegan chocolate chip cookie. Love at first bite!

I have breakfast in the dehydrator already! Can you guess what it might be? I can’t wait!

Goodnight!!!

Just shopping for a rental house, but it’s definitely fun (and sometimes frustrating, haha).
