Isn't soup always the best choice on a cold day? I love a big bowl of soup served with crackers. Yum! :)

Beautiful food photos. I have never heard of "Goodbelly" I usually just buy Kefir (non-dairy) or use probiotic supplements.

Hey! Is there someway to add email reminders to tasks that you add to your calender? Maybe I need to just learn to leave the task bar visible in my Gmail since I'm logged in 9 hours a day at work anyway.

Great question! I've been adding a pinch of sea salt to a lot of things lately. It definitely adds flavor to smoothies, but I do it primarily for nutrition. Sea salt, specifically celtic sea salt, is high in many minerals, including calcium. Sometimes I use iodized sea salt as well to get in a little extra iodine. We need sodium in our bodies in order for our brains to function and there are some days (yesterday was not one of them) when I don't eat anything that has added salt unless I add it myself.

Just curious--why sea salt in the smoothie? Is there a reason or does it just make it taste good? I've never heard of it in smoothies before!

Hope you get some good snooze time in!
