I decided this would be much easier to do by days!
I was up until about 4 AM Friday morning helping get our house organized and Evan ready for his cruise. I’m such a nice girlfriend…I woke up around 10 AM and finished organizing and cleaning our apartment. It’s been through a couple of weeks of neglect (thank you work and school) and really needed some TLC before anyone would be allowed to walk through the front door. I got everything done and besides some dishes, it’s all clean and ready for me to leave on my Thanksgiving family vacation tomorrow morning.
Around 1:30 PM, I was greeted by Ashley and Lindsey’s smiling faces. We had an afternoon of girl time planned (i.e. shopping at the lululemon outlet, Whole Foods and H&M). It was awesome and picked up some great items at lululemon! Two tanks, a sports bra, cropped pants and a headband. Love, love love!
We made it back to my apartment in time for some vegan pizza making! Lindsey did most of the work as she claimed she could whip out 2 pizzas in record time and I was not about to stop her!

Ashley brought over some hummus and veggies to snack on too. Yummm… You can’t go wrong with 2 pounds of hummus!

Slaving away in the kitchen.

Soon, Caitlin came over and used my blender to create a green monster (her’s is broken
)

Then we watched a very long (!!) Robert Pattinson interview on Ellen…

…and were very engrossed…

…and excited!

Then Caitlin had a stare-down with Harvey while he was hiding in one of his favorite spots: a bag. Haha!

Our pizzas were done in no time and we were ready to eat! They were made with Publix Multigrain dough, pizza sauce, my homemade pesto, minced garlic and baby spinach. Simple and delicious!

When my friend Callyn made it to my apartment from Tampa, we set off for the theater! We were so so so excited waiting in line for the movie. (photo courtesy of Caitlin)

New Moon was incredible. There are no words for how much I enjoyed it and thought of the improvement from the first Twilight film. Just incredible…if you are a Twilight fan, go see New Moon! I had plans to go see it again tonight but it looks like they’ve fallen through. Oh well! Hopefully I can convince my 15-year-old brother to go see it with me in North Carolina this week. He read all four books before I did!
Thanks to all of the wonderful ladies who made it such a wonderful day and night to remember! You all are amazing!
Short Saturday recap coming up next! Stay tuned
