The Wrong Side of the Bed

Hi everyone! I missed you yesterday. I’ve been slaving away on a webpage creation in Dreamweaver for one of my classes. How I have gone so far in graphic design and layout work and never used Dreamweaver, I will never know. I was definitely regretting my inexperience at 1 AM.

I woke up this morning grumpy about how frustrating Dreamweaver was being and about how many things I had to do today even while pulling a 10-hour work day. Seriously, thank goodness for A*’s naps or I wouldn’t be able to get anything done on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I got Dreamweaver figured out, completed Job #1, came to Job #2, worked on my new opportunity I announced on Saturday, worked on HOBY things, and am now writing this post. I’d say that’s a successful day and it’s only 5 PM.

I started my day with a bowl of almonds granola.

Harvey and I went on another field trip to Starbucks (love giftcards!) this morning. He didn’t meow more than once! That’s progress from Tuesday. I got a decaf soy gingerbread latte…twice. Twice because the first time I went they made it with skim milk. After four sips I knew for sure it wasn’t soy milk. My stomach actually started to hurt pretty instantly. Funny how that works. I went back an hour later and they replaced it without any issues.

I was in the Whole Foods area to pick up A*’s car seat before getting her from school this morning and decided to grab lunch for later. Lots of stuff from the vegan section of the hot foods bar. Don’t really know what anything was but I have leftovers for dinner!

Love.

And for a little entertainment…

What do you when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed? I never really wake up full-on grumpy like I did this morning, but it happens on occasion. This morning I battled the grumpiness with a long shower and by straightening my hair for this cold weather we’re having! It definitely took the edge off.

Check This Out

Have a great night!

Harvey’s so cute :)
Well, sometimes I wake up like that and it’s really hard to feel better, honestly. I just feel grumpy and blah all day. Then I curl up in my bed and watch some tv shows. :P

I’ve heard Dreamweaver is tough. I either go for a run or go back to bed if I am having a bad day. LOL

I don’t know why but I’ve been waking up cranky a lot this week! Usually by the end of the day I can be more positive and feel like I got more done, but jeesh…hate the bad mood vibes from waking up on the wrong side of the bed.

ONE WEEK UNTIL NEW MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wake up grumpy all the time but my run usually gets the grumpiness out of my system. Thank God for running. Coffee definitely helps with grumpiness as well.
