Normally I would sleep in on the weekends before doing job 1, but I figured a little head start wouldn’t be bad since I’m going to yoga this morning! … This morning I had a good hour and a half so I figured I’d be safe with fruit, carbs and protein.
I had a waffle with almond butter and a red pear.
