Oh, N-D, How I’ve Missed You!

Hey guys! Sorry this is so late–I got caught up in doing some work for the thing I can’t tell you about yet.

When I got to work today, I snacked on some cashews because A* and I had plans to go to the pool and I was getting hungry for lunch!

Sadly, the pool is now closed for open swim until next summer! We were bummed :( Well, I was kind of happy because it meant I got to eat lunch earlier, but other than that it was sad!

Lunch brought about the return of Amy’s Non-Dairy Burrito. Oh, N-D, how I have missed you!

I kind of went carb-overload today for lunch! I wanted bits of everything. I had some leftover rice from last night, salsa, and blue corn chips with my N-D burrito.

For dessert, I grabbed some 365 Brand Animal Crackers.

I need to try Amy’s burritos, I’ve only tried her soups but I hear good things about the burritos.
